HealthQuest provides a $15.00 FLAT RATE standard shipping on ALL orders in Canada, and FREE in-store pick-up – no minimums or exclusions!
Delivery & Pickup Protocol
At HealthQuest, we will be following Public Health Guidelines regarding sanitation, so you can be rest assured your purchases have been handled with great care. When you are notified that your delivery is on its way, our driver will leave package on your doorstep and then call to notify you that it is there. If you choose to have curbside pickup, please call the store to advice you are on your way. When you arrive, call us and we will bring package out to you.

30 Day Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be in resalable condition, unworn with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Contact us to start your return. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, HealthQuest will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
You also have 30 days to exchange an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. Once we receive the returned item unworn with the original packaging; we will ship the replacement order. All returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange. Please Contact us to initiate your exchange.
